Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for Plant Roopan

At Plant Roopan, we strive to deliver healthy, vibrant plants and high-quality gardening products to your doorstep. Since we deal with live plants, our return and refund policies are structured to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of perishable items. Please read our guidelines below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Delivery & Damaged Products (Live Plants)
Live plants can sometimes experience stress during transit. We take utmost care in packaging, but if your plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or broken, we’ve got you covered.
Reporting Window: You must report transit damage within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Proof Required: To claim a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged plant/pot and the shipping label to our support team at info@plantropan.com or WhatsApp at +91 870 086 6946 .
Action Taken: Upon verification, we will either ship a replacement plant at no extra cost or initiate a full refund for that specific item.
Note: Natural variations in plant shape, size, or a few yellow/dropped leaves due to transit stress are normal and do not qualify for a refund or replacement. With proper watering and care, the plant will revive quickly.
2. Returns & Replacements (Non-Perishable Items)
For non-live products such as seeds, planters, soil mixes, fertilizers, and gardening tools:
Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: The items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Sealed packs (like seeds or fertilizers) must not be opened.
Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
Live plants reported after 48 hours of delivery.
Products on clearance or marked as “Final Sale”.
Items damaged due to improper care, overwatering, underwatering, or keeping indoor plants in direct harsh sunlight after delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to our courier partner. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
After Dispatch: Once an order containing live plants is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or recalled, as live plants cannot survive extended round-trips in transit boxes.
5. Refund Process
Once your return or damage claim is approved:
Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) used during the purchase.
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of approval, depending on your banking institution.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order was delivered in a completely damaged state.
