• Natural Variation: Since we sell live plants, you acknowledge that every plant is unique. The actual product delivered may vary slightly in shape, color, size, and number of leaves from the stock images shown on the website.

• Pricing Errors: We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Plant Roopan reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and process a full refund.

3. Account Security & User Conduct

• If you create an account on Plant Roopan, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

• Orders will only be dispatched once full payment confirmation is received (except for valid Cash on Delivery orders).
